"SO HELP ME GOD".. ALLIANCE FRANCAIS ELDORET ELECTIONS DOWN TO THE WIRE

Bonjour a tous ca va??
BON!! Voila!! after the ups and downs in the not well noticed campaigns (i didn't notice it in any media outlet Asap!!) to choose the next generation of leaders in the alliance Francais Eldoret.. the day finally came and that day was Jeudi 27th Feb 2013 (yesterday as i write this). The elections was carried out in a rather different manner never witnessed below, ever heard of people trying to get a million or so signatures to get a bill reconsidered or someone get out of power.. Yah thats what am exactly talking about, believe or not SIGNATURES were used this time round for students  to vote for there preferred candidates et voila it was understandable because some students could not make it to the actual real time which was supposed to be in the afternoon before salsa to cast their votes as earlier planned by the Electoral Chair-lady AFELD Reyna O..
All in all the elections went on well and it was the most peaceful election ever witnessed on the face of the earth.. Though crucial posts didn't have that most expected competition that is LE PRESIDENT et LE SOUS PRESIDENT..it was the other posts that took centre stage, placing some of the fairest rivalry The Animateur(MC) and Secretaire General(need no translation there)

Brian Etemesi who was for along time running an opposed for long duration of the campaigns received some fearful rivalry towards the end as Kelly Lunar as these guy heard other agendas in his mind, by half way through the day it was kelly who was ahead in the provisional results,, he added more salt to the wound by claiming the level one lot who are the majority around the school compounds were his STRONGHOLDS.. but wait that was not the case and it seemed Brian had played his cards well, because it was the contrary as more votes from Niveau Une went to Brian to ensure he secured  the Animateur post, of which its one of the very crucial posts, as it his him who is involved in all the announcement and the Big Man behind the MIC during events.

Another posts that witnessed some fears competition was the secretaire General.. Wesly and Gordon Andanje went head to head and malheusement it was the Big Voice Gordon who had to bow out as little known wesly clinched that role.. how he will execute his work is yet to be known or will it mean the students elected someone who will continue to less known,, all these time will tell

 Sinon for other post nothing was left to talk much about as there was no serious competition at all
The top Most post actually saw Ndiwa Marshall secure it with less effort without having to deep into his pocket to get people to vote for him, maybe he was invincible and people feared to compete because they knew they will sually loose hehe (jus sayin)

For the sous-president christophe Okanda also did not break any post as he secured it unopposed..

After all was said and done two posts had remained: that for Animatrice(female MC) and the secretary were decided just before the release of the final tally.

Down stares claudine the Patron came with the results to the cultural room where salsa session was busy going on and it had to be stopped for a very crucial moment which was the announcement of the results..

So the results panned out as follows:

1. Le President - Marshall Ndiwa
2.  Le sous President - Christophe Okanda
3. Secretaire General - Wesly
4. Secretaire - Winny chela'
5. Animateur - Brian O Etemesi
6. Animatrice - Cynthia Kemunto

Then came the swearing in time, first on stage was Cynthia Kemunto l'animatrice

Then Brian Etemesi The Animateur..

Then Nicole Khwizera la Tresoriere

 
Then Wine_Chela la secretaire

second last came Christophe Okanda le Sous President

Et finalement LE PRESIDENT- Ndiwa Marshall

Soon after that the population went into a Frenzy mood and after some syke songs it was Ryan first on stage to choose who to danse with
The people could go like ".. Angoya angoya ngoya yah angoyah angoyah,, ewe Ryan Ingia ndani Chagua wako.. katika naye etc"

then came cynthia who choose Doni.. 

Chela's was a little bit unique as she went for a fellow female .. 

 Christophe the vice president waited for ages for his time and sually he went straight for

la belle Dama.. the reason of which we all don't know Ahem!!

Et voila even the picture is depicting the dance.. le president

went for Reyna who was the electoral chairlady  that maybe one suspected she rigged some votes for him but unfortunately he was alone in the race.. Bon

Then came the moment for officials themselves to open the dansing floor and they had to lead by example.. two by two they went,,, et voiiiilllaaaa!!

And before everyone else jumped to the dansing floor it was Ryan who completed it with  a well taken dip..(salsa freaks understand that pretty well )

So generally it was a well taken election no complaints and the officials right in the office to assume their roles the first meeting just ended as i write these article.. and sually by the looks of things these appears to be a focused group of leaders of tomorrow and promise big things as the year Rolls by..
Time for Actions to speak Louder than words,, and its only our prayer that God will Give our leaders some wisdom to lead the institution the correct way

C'est Vendredi the week has been long and since there is no big plans for the weekend its
 time to catch with some New series and movies for the weekend

VALENTINES SPECIAL EDITION N PICS

 After some days of pure arrangement n preparations the day finally came and RED n BLACK colours took over the day and LOVE was clearly in the Air, Vendredi classes went on as normal which i was like 100% sure the bodies were the only thing in class but the mind was where the Roasted Nyamchom Aroma came and frankly that was one of the torturing things that day.. Up down the officials ensured that everything was in place and when all classes were over the Fat lady was ready to danse, though it started on a low note where guys were just in small groups talking, sipping some juice n some snacks and having fun of there lives it Ended on the highest note  never experienced before...

 

1.. 2.. 3.. the mic went loud "welcome guys, bienvenue tout le monde,, welcome heyyyy kwanza walevi ni wangapi leo?? weeee Elijah Ebu Mjicount muone mko wangapi mnipee the exact number mko wangapi..." were the 1st jokes that went on air imediately the mic was good n raring to Go
"heeeeyyy kitchen iko out of bound for all luhyas..." haha

Me on the other tried to check out what the walevi were ecxactly upto Et voooooiiilllllaaa!! bon allez!

 Dj Eddy K was Right on time  in the building and what he did was simply fantastic

 Reyna has to take all the accolades for what she really did inside the kitchen, with the help of Betty n others they ensured everything was rolling in that sector..

 Ahem!!

 Bon Voilla what i was really talking about,, unasema wasupa unakosea,, i remember telling u guys all these were meant to go down n none believed me

If you look keenly into these guys eyes one notices waht i excatly meant..

 Gokhdon has been Perfecting his salsa steps off late with kina Gabu,, so he had to show Dinny what he was made of.. n sually he did not dissappoint

 These two really Knew what Valentines meant, i dont need to add more,

  Those who stood to the end know exactly what i meant by saying it ended on a high note.. because PRI simply carried the day

That was The HOT SEAT that every Guy and were well harassed, if u were a guy and did not have a chance of sitting on the Hot Seat (like me) usiseme u came to alliance for valentines Because ytou missed the pick of it..

Finalement the day came top an End as others with there Loved ones were prceeding to extend there valentines at 411 n spree of these world others were dead tired and only place where valentines continued Was only in the house
